Returns & Refunds Policy

At Septiembre 16, all products are carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality standards are met.

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except in cases where an item arrives damaged.

Damaged Merchandise

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of the delivery date.

To be eligible for review, you must provide:

  • Clear photographs showing the damage to the product

  • Photographic evidence of the original packaging, when applicable

All documentation must be submitted within the 24-hour window via:

  • The store’s official email address, or

  • Our online chat support

Failure to submit the required information within this timeframe will result in the claim being denied.

Store Credit

Once the claim is reviewed and confirmed that the item was damaged during transit:

  • No refunds will be issued

  • A store credit will be provided for the value of the damaged item

  • Store credit may be used only for future purchases

  • Store credit applies exclusively to regular-priced items

  • Store credit is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for store credit:

  • Claims submitted after 24 hours from delivery

  • Damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling

  • Items altered, worn, or used after delivery
